This is a recording of a seminar given to a group of doctoral students participating in the the Cambridge ‘Forming a Christian Mind’ programme in January 2022. The second in a two-part mini-series, this session explores how themes from the Old Testament can help Christian scholars to conceptualise their studies. It focuses particularly on the idea of giving to Caesar what is Caesar’s and to God what is God’s, in conversation with Dietrich Bonhoeffer, Oliver O’Donovan and C. S. Lewis. .
